Interim Assessment

An interim assessment and clinical review addresses the question of efficacy of an individual treatment plan. More specifically, the interim assessment evaluates whether the treatment plan is having any impact on changing or mitigating the factors that contributed to previous sexual offending.

A comparison with the initial assessment provides information in regards to likelihood of sex offender recidivism. Interim assessments and clinical reviews are essential for the identification of factors that need to be monitored and addressed during follow-up.
