Part-time Technician

The Institute for Sexual Wellness (ISW) in Quincy, MA seeks a Technician who will administer the penile plethysmograph (PPG). This is a new position within this program. We will provide on the job training for motivated individuals.

We live in a society where the backgrounds, history and behaviors of individuals, who have previously committed sexual offenses, often, result in stigma, fear and unfair treatment. Understanding these dynamics, the ISW works not only to meet each individual's treatment needs, but also to use our resources and reputation to educate the law enforcement, judicial and healthcare sectors, and the greater community. The Institute provides consultation, expert testimony and training to these sectors on the local, state and national levels. The goal of treatment at the Institute for Sexual Wellness is to create safer communities by decreasing sex offender recidivism.

Education: Master’s Level and Above (we may accept candidates with significant experience with PPG in lieu of educational requirements).

Hours: Part-time, Flexible Hours.

Compensation: Depends on Experience and Qualifications.

Part-time Therapist

The Therapist will hold groups for 5-8 patients. The Therapist will also complete parts of the sex offender assessment- for example do some intakes. The goal is to deliver evidence based treatment to decrease the risk of sex offender recidivism.

Qualifications: Must have experience working with sex-offender populations
Experience in cognitive behavioral therapy groups

Education: Master’s Level and Above.
